The idea of Simplicity Beverage Company came about in an unconventional way. Dr. Bianca Kiovanni is also the founder of Advanced Integrated Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Kiovanni noticed that while educating and counseling patients, many gave little thought to the caloric intake, quantity, and quality drink consumption as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. This observation presented a unique challenge and opportunity to create fresh beverage offerings that are lower calorie, with easy to pronounce, fresh ingredients. Dr. Bianca Kiovanni founded Simplicity Beverage Company in her own kitchen to be an intersection of fun, fresh ingredient combinations without compromising flavor.All Simplicity beverages are excited to be Vegan, sweetened with Organic Cane Sugar, and are free of artificial colors, flavors and gluten. Another concept that sets Simplicity Beverage Company apart is the use of High-Pressure Processing (HPP). This environmentally sustainable, cutting-edge technology only utilizes cold water and very high pressure. This process not only prevent harmful pathogen growth, but simultaneously maintains fresh aroma, while maximizing the availability of all vitamins, enzymes, and minerals. Simplicity Beverage Company is the only female/minority owned company that is a member of the Cold Pressure Council. This council, leads, facilitates, and promotes industry standardization, user education, and promotes consumer awareness of High Pressure Processing, (HPP).
